Why an album needs its own tool
An xHamster album is not a page with one video on it. It is a container: a dozen photos, a couple of clips, sometimes a hundred items of both, each one behind a different URL on the CDN that refuses requests without the right Referer header. Saving it by hand means opening every item, right-clicking, choosing a name, and repeating until you lose patience at item eleven.
SAVEE18 reads the album once and gives you the whole inventory: every photo and every video, in the order the album has them, with a thumbnail, a type badge and the real filename. From there the album behaves like a folder.
The three ways to take an album
Pick one item and download it on its own. Pick several and they download one after another, each marked as done as it finishes. Or take the whole album at once with Download All.
On top of that, xHamster albums can be saved as a single archive. Choose .zip when the tool asks how you want to receive the files: the server builds the archive on the fly, names it with the album hash, and hands it over as one download instead of forty.
- Single file — click a thumbnail, it downloads immediately with the album title in the filename.
- Selection — tick the items you want, then Download Selected.
- Whole album — Download All, either as separate files (Normal) or as one
.zip.
What you actually get
Photos come as JPG in the resolution published by the album — not the 352-pixel thumbnail you see in the grid. Videos come as MP4 in the single HD rendition xHamster publishes for every clip, with audio. Nothing is re-encoded by SAVEE18: the bytes you save are the bytes the CDN served.
Filenames are built from the album title plus a position, so a folder of downloads stays sorted and two files from the same album never overwrite each other.
Limits worth knowing
An album that was removed by the platform cannot be downloaded — the source answers that it is gone, and no tool can recover it. Very large albums take longer to list, since every item has to be resolved. And the .zip option only exists for xHamster albums; other platforms are served as individual files.
