Short version: use the tool for content you have the right to save, and do not use it to break the law or a platform's rules.
1. What SAVEE18 is
SAVEE18 is a web interface that reads a public xHamster album and offers the media inside it for download. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by xHamster or any other platform. All trademarks belong to their owners.
The tool does not host content and does not keep copies of the files it transfers.
2. Permitted use
You may use SAVEE18 to save media you own, media you have permission to save, or media whose licence allows it. You are responsible for how you use the files.
- Do not use the tool to infringe copyright or to redistribute material you have no rights over.
- Do not use it to obtain or share content involving minors — such content is illegal and will be reported.
- Do not attempt to overload, scrape at scale, reverse engineer for resale, or bypass the rate limits of the service.
- Do not present SAVEE18 as your own product or resell access to it.
3. No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Sources change their pages without notice, so a specific album may fail to load at any moment. We work to keep the tool running but do not guarantee availability, speed or fitness for a particular purpose.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAVEE18 and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including lost data, legal claims from third parties, or damage caused by files downloaded through the tool.
5. Copyright complaints
Because no content is hosted here, complaints are handled as described in the DMCA page. We cooperate with valid notices and with lawful requests from authorities.
6. Privacy
Handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
7. Changes
These terms may change as the tool evolves. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the date below. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
