Support email

Write to [email protected]. Replies usually go out within two business days.

To make a bug report useful, include the album link you used, the browser and device (for example "Safari on iPhone 14"), what you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot of the media grid is worth more than a paragraph of description.

Copyright and takedown

SAVEE18 does not host content, so there is nothing to remove from our servers. If the tool is being used to redistribute your work, or if you want a page of this site taken down, send the notice described in the DMCA page to the same email address with "DMCA" in the subject line.

Other requests

API and automation questions: mention the volume you need and the format you want the data in. Press or partnership: say what the piece is about. Anything else: just write.

Frequently asked questions

How fast is support?
Most messages are answered within two business days. Takedown notices using the DMCA subject line are reviewed first.
Can you delete an album from xHamster?
No. SAVEE18 does not host anything; the media stays on the platform that published it. To remove an album you have to contact that platform, not this tool.
Do you have an API?
There is a hosted actor with the same resolution engine for automated runs — link in the navigation. For everything else, the site itself is the interface.
