Privacy policy

No account, no profile, no copy of your files. Here is exactly what the server sees.

Open the downloader

1. What you give us

Nothing. There is no sign-up, no login, no email field and no payment. The only thing you type is the album link, and it is used to fetch the album page from the source in that instant.

2. What the server records

Like any web server, requests are logged: IP address, user agent, requested path and time. These logs exist to detect abuse and keep the service online, are rotated, and are not sold, rented or used to build advertising profiles.

Album links and download activity may be counted in aggregate (how many downloads happened in a day) without associating them with an identity.

3. Files

Media is transferred from the source platform to your device through the server. Nothing is cached, stored or re-hosted after the transfer ends. We cannot see what you later do with the file.

4. Cookies and local storage

One cookie and one local-storage key store your answer to the age gate, so you are not asked again. They contain no identifier and expire after a year. There is no analytics cookie and no login cookie.

5. Third parties

Advertising is delivered by third-party networks that may process your IP address and set cookies to limit repetition and measure performance. Blocking them does not affect the downloader.

The media itself comes from xHamster's CDN, which necessarily sees the request that fetches the file.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR and similar laws you can ask what personal data is held, request correction or deletion, and object to processing. Since there is no account, in practice there is nothing tied to your name to export — but write to [email protected] and the request will be answered.

7. Children

The service is for adults only. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and no data is knowingly collected from minors.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page.
